Aramghar Homes, now offers fully furnished Properties - Independent Houses, Villas, Flats and Apartments for monthly rentals for a period of one to six months for families. These properties are available in Kottayam and Thiruvalla towns.

The properties are well managed and furnished with all modern household appliances for a comfortable stay with your family. 

All our properties have AC Bedrooms, modern European style bathrooms, and equipped with household appliances like refrigerator, washing machine, television + DTH, Power Inverter,  beds, tables, chairs, sofas, upholstery, bed sheets and other linen. 

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, crockery and cutlery apart from kitchen appliances like mixer grinder, microwave oven, cooking oven and cooking gas. One gas cylinder refill is provided free of cost by us. For subsequent refills Rs.1000/- or more will be charged according to the market rate.
